Is the license server running? Do you still have a network connection between the two boxes? You can also try rebooting if you didn't do that after the upgrade.

Hi,
As the text of the message says, check that the local service (run services.msc applet for that) named 'Sentinel LDK License Manager' is running and start it if it is not.

Hi,
Then you need to uninstall TestComplete (do not deactivate the license if prompted) and install it a-new.
