Sentinel LDK License Manager issues after upgrading TestComplete Version to 12.60

Hi Team,

 

Recently I have updated the TestComplete version to 12.60.  And after updating when i try to launch TestComplete its throwing an error "Cannot connect to Sentinel LDK License Manager".

Can you provide us with the solution.

    Hi,

     

    Then you need to uninstall TestComplete (do not deactivate the license if prompted) and install it a-new.

    Hi,

     

    As the text of the message says, check that the local service (run services.msc applet for that) named 'Sentinel LDK License Manager' is running and start it if it is not.

      I tried to start 'Sentinel LDK Manager', It throws the following error.
