There is an issue in object spy, The object which I want to find is in the bottom end of the application, But TestComplete is identifying somewhere else when using object spy, Attached screenshot for reference, Marked in green for the required object, and Red box is the TestComplete highlighted object.
Please suggest me what to do?

First, I Check the Testcomplete's Version.
and I update up-to-date.
or Reinstall.
and Second, Is that Desktop App?
also update that to up-to-date.
Please do up two things.

But I have tried every possible way to resolve this issue,
1. As soon as I faced this issue, I update the TestComplete to its latest version.
2. Reinstalled the AUT.
3. Tried adding its "WndClass" object to project settings.
4. Checked JRE versions.
5. Check for other applications.
The object spy works good with other application, but when it comes to my AUT it doesn't recognize it correctly.
Can you suggest any other alternate?

Can I test your app? what's that? what's the main fucntion?
I would check the scaling settings for the application under test and TestComplete are set to "Application". You can find this by right-clicking on each app launcher icon, click on Compatibility tab then "High DPI Settings". Make sure the High DPI scaling is set to Application.
If this still does not work, I suggest sending a support ticket which, if an issue is found, can be escalated to the dev team to investigate.

This was the first thing I checked when I encountered the issue, and all the DPI settings seems to be as expected "Application".
All the settings are correct, Cross checked before and even now, custom scaling is set to 100 and DPI is set to applications. I have also raised a support case for the same issue.
Not sure If I am missing something?
Is this only an Object spy issue, or does TC also fail when clicking/using the object from within a test?
TC even fails to click the correct object; it only clicks at the inappropriate object where there is nothing.
The picture size you have attached is 1920 x 1080, which is the same resolution as my laptop. My scaling is set to 100%, and when I compare your image with TC's object selection mode, I can see the tooltip size is different.
If I change my scale to 125%, the tooltip matches the exact size as your image,
From this, I can tell your Windows scale is different!
I tried object spy on other applications, its working fine there, all the objects are identifying fine, the object spy is behaving wired only with "Charles Proxy" Application in VDI.
You should use TC on a physical machine and not through remote/virtual machine.
We have performed automation in VDI's before using TC, We never faced any issue.

I also noticed one thing in the Object Browser, The object's hierarchy in the object browser is different in my VDI and different in my personal machine, Any comments on it?
You can perform testing in VDI's, but TestComplete must be installed and accessed on the same machine as the application under test so it may access all application internals.
Regards the Object Tree differences, it is impossible to comment without seeing at least a screenshot of the two instances.
Do you have the UI Automation Support plugin enabled in TestComplete (via File > Install Extensions dialog)? You also want to check your VDI settings too.
Yes it is enabled.
Check your TC project settings between the two environments, to see if there's any differences.

As an experiment, try creating a new project and then create a mapping on the vm of the object that is causing trouble. Let's see what shows up there.
