Chrome extension Error
Hi there. thesedays.. every morning.. my automation test occur same error. The message is.. Please see below picture & message. The test engine does not have access to internal objects, methods, and properties of the page open in Chrome. Most likely, the SmartBear Test Extension is not configured properly. To complete its installation, restart the Chrome browser. So I tried the Smartbear's all of the solution. (https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/app-testing/web/messages/chrome-extension-is-not-installed.html) And I also confirm my below two ID. 1. ID of the installed extension in the web browser 2. ID that the tcCrHost.json file specifies There are no problem. Chrom's extension is Enable and my 2 ID is same. But error still occur. Do you solved that problem? I have a Idea. Actually, recently I experienced like that. In my case, I used SAP GUI Application. I made Automation Test using Testcomplete's Keywordtest.In my own computer. But 2 weeks later, that script doesn't work In my computer But that played in another my coworker's computer. What's Happening.! I was so emberrassed . And I cleared all the thing's of my computer. (format. is that right word? ) Maybe possible that your any other program crash with your test app. I recommend you that Clear computer.Re: Object spy issue for a desktop application
Hello Sir, Nice to meet you. When I confront like that situation. First, I Check the Testcomplete's Version. and I update up-to-date. or Reinstall. and Second, Is that Desktop App? also update that to up-to-date. Please do up two things. and the problem isn't solve at one time. Please contact cotinuously in this Question page.
