Champion Level 3The picture size you have attached is 1920 x 1080, which is the same resolution as my laptop. My scaling is set to 100%, and when I compare your image with TC's object selection mode, I can see the tooltip size is different.
If I change my scale to 125%, the tooltip matches the exact size as your image,
From this, I can tell your Windows scale is different!
I tried object spy on other applications, its working fine there, all the objects are identifying fine, the object spy is behaving wired only with "Charles Proxy" Application in VDI.
