Edge browser does not recognize Test Extension sometimes

I have created a group in execution plan, where every keyword test has open browser at start and Close browser at end. When i run all keyword test together then sometimes browser opens but test extension not recognized, hence my group test gets failed many times in between.

Notes:

  1. Using Latest Test Complete and Browser versions always.
  2. Same issue when run execution with Test Execute.

    I had the same thing occur on Chrome yesterday, and last week once too.  I have been using TC for years and don't recall this occurring before in my tests. 

    When it occurred yesterday, I had been running tests minutes before then fine, and then it occurred.  I restarted Chrome and it resolved itself, but I think there is a disconnect happening between TC and the browser extension sometimes.
