Feature Request: Alternative working directory for temp files and logs in TestExecute

Feature Request:
Please provide an option to change the working directory for temporary test suite files from %PROGRAMDATA%\Smartbear\TestExecute to another directory location.
Reason: No permissions in a customer project for any write processes to certain locations in the C partition while needing to maintain %PROGRAMDATA% as default settings. Because of this, the working directory where all the tcData files get extracted should be configurable to use a custom location.
