TestExecute is not running

Test Executes launches but actual execution doesn't start.

The application is displayed in system tray but right click doesn't work on it

It needs to be closed from task manager

the license is active and it works from another machine. The machine on which we are facing issue was working correctly for last few months but all of sudden its not working. Details shared as above

What can be the reason

    When you launch TestExecute, it will appear in the system tray. There's no UI for the application.

    What version of TE are you using? What has changed on the machine? Is TE installed on a supported environment?

        "The machine on which we are facing issue was working correctly for last few months but all of sudden its not working" - this usually indicates that something has changed.

        I suggest you do a clean installation of TE and ensure the product is registered. Launch TE and right click on the system tray icon will display the following,

        and double left click will show the open project dialog.

        If this does not work for you, then I suggest you open a TestComplete: New Support Request

    Also make sure that your TestComplete version and your TestExecute version match.
