TestExecute is not running

When you launch TestExecute, it will appear in the system tray. There's no UI for the application.
What version of TE are you using? What has changed on the machine? Is TE installed on a supported environment?
Nothing changed on machine.
Version is 15.61.1.11
"The machine on which we are facing issue was working correctly for last few months but all of sudden its not working" - this usually indicates that something has changed.
I suggest you do a clean installation of TE and ensure the product is registered. Launch TE and right click on the system tray icon will display the following,
and double left click will show the open project dialog.

We tried reinstalling it and reactivating the license But still same issue.
In the system try right click is also not working for TestExecute. We need to close/kill it using the task manager only.
Just observed defender is utilizing 100 cpu when testexecute is launched
