Well, I have been running the scripts directly from TestComplete as an administrator and the application is added to TestedApps. I'm fairly certain the support plug-in is installed because I've been able to run dozens of other subroutines for the same app with no problem whatsoever. The script I've written is a collection of many subroutines and it will run beautifully for about an hour or so, but when it suddently hits a particular subroutine, TC virtually stops running. I've used the keys method all throughout my scripts without any performance problems so I don't really think that's an issue.
I'm wondering if there are any diagnostic tools you may have that I can run on my machine to help you better understand what I'm seeing.
