An error occurred [Maximum number of Redirects reached [10]

How to fix this error An error occurred [Maximum number of Redirects reached [10]

I have added property -Dsoapui.redirect.limit=20 in .vmoptions file and in ready-api.sh file
That still did not help.
I did not find any information on where to add this property anywhere on the site.

Can someone help on how to fix this issue.

Hi everyone, I've checked with the Team, they have an internal enhancement request about this - RIA-3559. Otherwise, looks like, there's no way to increase the limit, unrotunately.

If I remember, there was a question posted by you some time ago. Have you get in touch with customer support?

I got in touch with the team. They asked me to upgrade to new version as usual.
I upgraded it and that did not help either. Replied back on the same. No response since then.

Do you think you can help me with fixing the issue ?
