Error while reading excel file after installing Office 365

Hello,

  We were asked to install Office 365 in our machine recently and now I see that the Test Complete scripts using the excel sheet to input few data fails with an error "Error Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed Error location: 

Error
Provider cannot be found."

Is there any driver I need to install to have the TestComplete and the Excel connected.

 

Test Complete version used: 12.31.1833.7

Excel used is 2016 32-bit

    Just as a side note:  This is why I try not to use data sources that depend upon needing other major software installed.  General Windows OS can access text files (CSV) without needing other drivers of software installed.  SQL is my second choice because it is minimal installation (MS SQL client) to get it up and running.  Excel requires, in my opinion, too many hoops.

      Excel also likes to add hidden characters to your data that TC then tosses back at you in a failed checkpoint and you won't ever see what happened.  ::kicks Excel where it hurts::
