Detect review template change

Is there possibility to detect or run trigger when user change review template?

do you mean when a user changes the template of the review or when an admin might update a template?
I am unaware of any notification/trigger available for either, but might want to be clear in case others may be aware of something.
- I mean to detect when user are changing the template.
Currently when the review is created, a trigger is activated ( review created), from this point you cannot get any updates related review till the point when review is changing the phase, when is too late to get updates related review template.
