Re: Virtual Machines So, I know Test Execute can run test on VMs hosted on a Workstation. Can a VM hosted on a server run test on separate workstations connected to the same network? Trying to find a way to allow access to licenses on a VPN without moving licenses over and re-configuring a new fingerprint file just to move the license from one machine to another. Obtain Offline license WITHOUT fingerprint file I know there must be a way to obtain an offline license without having to report by an encrypted file of the specs of my Machine a.k.a the fingerprint file. Who is a good point of contact to get this matter resolved to best use the already paid for license if I cannot go this route for license activation? Any Contribution at all will help with this question. I assume if I seal a statement of integrity that should resolve this issue. Virtual Machines Is there a possible way to configure a Virtual Machine on a physical server | hard drive connected to a VPN and use the Virtual Machine to test other physical Workstations connected to the same Network? And set this up all offline? SolvedRe: Testcomplete offline On-Premise License Manager So, does that mean once I hook up all my configurations to Machine1. Machine2 can also use the same license as long as the On-Premise License Manager and TestComplete Applications are downloaded on Machine 2. For example, If the network was 2.2.2.1/24 And Machine1 is on IP -> 2.2.2.3 And Machine2 is on IP -> 2.2.2.4 And they both are pinging each other on the network. Then, Machine2 can also use the shared license on Machine1???? Testcomplete offline On-Premise License Manager I run my license on a complete offline network. Therefore, there is no way to assign licenses in my network via email. Is there anyway I can assign them via IP addresses? or Any other possible way on a Network that does not have the supported infrastructure? Re: Issues with Offline License Is there a platform where I can schedule for a support call? Issues with Offline License I recently purchased Test-Complete and the IQ and Test Execute Add Ons. However, I am having issues with the on-Premise License Manager when moving my license over to an offline workstation. Somehow when exporting the license to try and import it back on the Internet, it is giving me a false error. Also, I can't get in contact with my POC for the software so I am not sure what to do or who can help me out. Anyway, I can schedule a call with support? Any sugesstions? Solved
