Problems with Object Spy (Not Responding) error in 10.3 with patch

Hi Support,



I am getting (Not Responding) error on the title bar of the Object Spy when trying to spy on objects in out iOS app.



This is 10.3 with patch for: 00046157



I will file a ticket.

    Hi Nathan,

     


    As the issue persists only when this specific patch is applied - I recommend that you keep the conversation with the Support Team.


    They provide assistance only via email. Resolving the issue will be more productive if you work directly with them.

    "stop working" - any more details on how this can be understood?

    Does TestComplete crash? Is Object Spy just unresponsive? Does it show empty properties list for the object?

    Is this reproducible? How?

    What version of TestComplete? What mobile OS and version? Does the problem occurs with your tested application only? Screenshots?

    The more details, the higher chances to get a meaningful answer.
