Unable to install Testcomplete Trailversion : Getting unsupported image format error

Hi, I need to do POC on test complet tool, so iam trying to install trail version but i'm getting "Unsupported image format" error while installing trail version. :System config : windows 7, 64bit...

Try to download installer one more time to ensure that it was not corrupted during download.
