I’m encountering an issue when trying to import a CSV file into Zephyr Scale. Despite saving the file as CSV UTF-8 (Comma Delimited), I receive the error: "This file format is unsupported by Zephyr Scale."
I’ve attached the file and a screenshot of the error for reference. Could you advise on how to resolve this?

Thank you for sending details and a sample file. I can confirm that I was able to import the file into Scale without any issue and without having to make any changes. I also checked if the file format/structure was valid using this site: CSV Validator & Linter
I don't know why exactly this is happening - perhaps there is something odd going on with your version of the file with some hidden characters. I would try creating a new file from scratch with the minimum of information in each field.

By some miracle, I tried uploading the file again, and it was successfully imported this time. I’m not entirely sure what changed, but I really appreciate your guidance and suggestions.
