Unable to install Testcomplete Trailversion : Getting unsupported image format error

Hi,I need to do POC on test complet tool, so iam trying to install trail version but i'm getting "Unsupported image format" error while installing trail version.:System config : windows 7,&nbsp; 64bit operating system.Can anyone hlep me on the below issue.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
