unable to find vsintegration.exe under the Test complete 12 installed path

Link (https://support.smartbear.com/viewarticle/87375/) has been newly updated today and it states that:

"TestComplete 12 Visual Studio Integration Package.

The Integration Package installer is shipped along with TestComplete. You can find it in the TestComplete folder after installing the product:

<TestComplete 12>\VS Integration\VSIntegration.exe". But unable to find the "vsintegration.exe" under test complete 12 folder.

Question: should the user download the testcomplete 12 patch to see this as part of it? Attaching the root folder for reference.
