TestExecute is not running the keyword tests from Execution plan

Issue: We are not able to run tests through TestExecute. Pleas find more details below.   The window size is (0, 0); the screen rectangle: the left top corner is (121, 491), the right bottom corner...

    Hi Sonya,

     

    The issue got fixed. Actually, the tests were not running because of the browser zoom level. Anyhow, it is working fine.

Why is your window (0,0)? 

 

Does that just happen on the machine where TestExecute is running or does that happen every time you run the test?

 

Does the test run properly from TestComplete?
