testEecute tests Firefox 83 is getting crashed

We are running testExecute tests and firefox is getting crashed.  TestExecute version is 14.71 Firefox version is 83 64-bit.   Also how we can open the dump file ? as shown under the details tab?...

    Got the updates from the support - that there was an unhandled exception when a firefox tab is updated. They found this exception and added handling to the code. they have provided the patch. I am still working with this patch.

Well with testcomplete we are not running multiple times. Our job run multiple times . 

Firefox is getting crashed randomly. We do not have the probelm with the firefox version 80.

      Does your test close all instances of Firefox at the end?  If not, the multiple runs could be piling up on the processes.

       

      The documentation that I linked to says that the dump file should open from the link in the details.  If that doesn't work for you, then you should ask Support that question.  Here's the direct link for that:

        We are killing the firefox browser process before the start of new tests. in the end we  close the firefox browser. 

        Then for anothe tests we again kill the browser processes before the start so on.
