You seem to have more than one instance of either TestComplete or TestExecute running, hence it is not working.

Your automation can not find the object named DesktopWindowXamlSource. You are only providing error messages, with no content.

Question - are you using SessionCreator to launch TestComplete?

Yes , session creator is used.

SessionCreator can open and execute a TestComplete project using an interactive user session.

You seem to be using SessionCreator to open TestComplete though?

Content - as in, are you running a desktop or web application? Is this on a VM? Is the VM locked? Does your application require UI interactions? What is the error shown for Test1?
