Hi UConnAnnMarie!
This is most likely due to either TC needed to be updated, or a restart of TestComplete or the Browser may be required.
I would go to Help -> Check for Updates to start and get everything up to date. Then restart TC and the browser.

I just rebooted my machine and checked for updates. I still don't have the red target box displaying again. 😞
Any other ideas?

Sorry - I should have said that to begin with. I'm running TestComplete on my desktop.

Not to worry - I should have clarified more here are you testing desktop or web applications?
