SLM does not release the licence anymore

Question

The Smartbear Licence Manager does not release the Test Complete licence anymore. After the last "Check in", no "Check out" followed. Also a restart of the machine did not release the licence.
First were stated: 0/1 remaining seats. But then 1/1 remaining seats. Nethertheless, I can't start Test Complete and a "Rejected" event is logged.

The SmartBear team has pushed an update to SmartBear License Manager. Can you check to see if the issue is resolved on your end?

Hi, yes now hit works again. On Saturday the 6th April at 9:21 our automated tests were able to start. Thank you.
