Object Spy problem with Android OS

I am facing issue using object spy. I'm not able to detect any thing in mobile, neither the main screen or the application under test.
Please check the details as required by you:
- What device are you using? --> Samsung S II
- What Android version is installed on it? --> 4.1.3
- Are you using a physical device or an emulator? --> Physical device
- Did you enable the Developer options & Stay wakeup on your device? --> Yes
- What TestComplete version are you using? Test complete10 trial version
