Not able to check if checkbox is checked already it should continue with the run

Hello! I am trying to make that IF the FP checkbox is already checked it should skip it. And thats fine I know HOW to do it but when ever I check for any "enabled" or such property I cannot find a good one to use. What do you usually do when you get stuck like this?? any feedback is welcome and tip.
