Not able to access virtual machine from test complete

Hello All,




I have defined a Host on my NetworkSuite that I am able to connect to via Remote Desktop. However, when attempting to connect from TestComplete (either by testing the Base Path or trying to run the test suite), incorrect credentials are sent 10 x, which locks the user I am trying to connect with on the domain. Other instances of TestComplete on other machines, as well as instances of TestExecute, are able to connect to this target machine without issue using the same test project and code. I am using TestComplete 8.7

    Hi , 

    Sorry for activating super old thread here but  i ran into same issue. When i tried to create Host in NetworkSuite , the Host machine (Slave machine, which is VM instance) is not found on list of available Hosts. 

    When I manually entered Machine daetails (Address , Login , pass ) etc , the verification failed.

     

    I believe Test Complete dont Support VM as Host ? 

     

    Can someone fill in here. ...
