Not able to access virtual machine from test complete

Hi , 

Sorry for activating super old thread here but  i ran into same issue. When i tried to create Host in NetworkSuite , the Host machine (Slave machine, which is VM instance) is not found on list of available Hosts. 

When I manually entered Machine daetails (Address , Login , pass ) etc , the verification failed.

 

I believe Test Complete dont Support VM as Host ? 

 

Can someone fill in here. ...
