Unfortunately, from the information provided by you it is difficult to determine whether the problem occurred in the tested application or in TestComplete itself.

Considering that PowerBuilder is not too popular testing target, I would recommend to create a Support ticket via the https://support.smartbear.com/message/?prod=TestComplete form and proceed with Support guys.
