Clarification on Subversion requirements

The documention for the requirements for Subverions integration says: 



"In order for TestComplete to integrate with the Subversion source control system, a 32-bit edition of CollabNet Subversion 1.6.6 or 1.7.3–1.7.9 must be installed on your computer."



Which computer is "your computer"?  Is it the computer with TC installed on it, or is it a different computer with SVN installed on it?

    To answer my own question, TC will not install the SVN add-in unless SVN is already installed on the TC computer.  Therefore, "your computer" refers to the computer with TC installed.
