ActiveX Warning Dialog

I have a scripted test for testing out an ArcGIS geospatial application. In the middle of playback, at the same spot every time, an ActiveX Warning Dialog pops up. When I recorded this test, or even when I just do this manually, the dialog never pops up. So, during playback, I attempt to stop the test when this happens, so that I can use the object browser to get the object name, so I can account for this in the script. Here's the funny thing - I click on "Stop", and TC hangs. It will not stop until I click OK on the warning dialog. I have also tried to comment out all script which would happen right after the window pops up. No dice.
