Hi,
> chrome legacy window objects
What are these? Can you provide a screenshot?
Also what are exact versions of Chrome and TestComplete?

Is this a desktop application with embedded Chrome objects (like CEF)? If so, you need to have both the Desktop and Web modules licensed in order to see the contents of Chrome objects.
See https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/app-testing/web/general/cef-support.html

Hi,
Have you followed the link provided by Robert? Does your CEF version match the requirements? Do you have required Desktop and Web module licenses for TestComplete? Do you have required plug-ins enabled?

Thanks Alex.
I have followed steps suggested by Robert but still not able to identify objects.
How to check CEF version match as per requirements?
I have licence version of test complete 12 in which web module contains chromium embedded framework plugin is enabled .
In desktop module chromium embedded framework is not available.
Please suggest.

> How to check CEF version match as per requirements?
As per the help topic referenced by Robert, "supported versions of CEF3 builds are 3.2883.1553 and earlier". You probably should consult with your developers/build masters as for the CEF version used with your application.
> In desktop module chromium embedded framework is not available.
This is correct as it belongs to Web module.
