How to identify your username

To identify your SmartBear Community User Name, please follow the instructions below.

1.  Visit https://community.smartbear.com/forgotpassword and enter the email address associated with your account.
2. If an account is associated with the address provided, an email will be sent with a link to reset your password.
3. Your username will be in the email greeting "Hi [Username],". You can proceed to reset your password if necessary
