MSAA not working when connected to VM using remote desktop connection

When connected to VM using citrix able to execute create test cases and MSAA working as expected, but using remote desktop when trying to record new test cases MSAA not working and existing test cases failing with object not found(parent object not exists error)

Citrix connected VM resolution is 1536*864 and Connected through remote desktop connection 1920*1080.

TestComplete won't be able to recognise objects through Citrix.

We have tested over Citrix over a transcontinental RDP links successfully into a web and text terminal apps.  We built the framework using the Test Complete intelligent Quality capability.  We created a desktop project  access to access the Citrix Viewer app and RDP and the same tests could be used over both.  We were quite impressed as were our international partners.

When we are connecting to VM using Citrix ,it is recognizing the objects and MSAA working only issue with remote desktop.
