I am not able to Bind to Azure DevOps and getting below error.
Earlier it was working fine can anyone tell how to resolve this issue.
I had checked this by downgrading TestComplete to 15.78 version, and it is now working so it is Bug in latest version so marking this as solution for now.

Test Adapter is already used and it was working fine before this release of TC 15.79, now not able to connect nor able to add new server as well.
Can you check with latest version as in 15.78 it was working fine.
Also I had checked the version of Test Adapter and it as below so might be not compatible with latest version.
