I had checked this by downgrading TestComplete to 15.78 version, and it is now working so it is Bug in latest version so marking this as solution for now.
Test Adapter is already used and it was working fine before this release of TC 15.79, now not able to connect nor able to add new server as well.
Can you check with latest version as in 15.78 it was working fine.
Also I had checked the version of Test Adapter and it as below so might be not compatible with latest version.

Champion Level 3Visual Studio is not required. However, if you want to access your TFS repository, then you can use Visual Studio Team Explorer 2019, which does not require a license.

We are using Git plugin under version control and in videos SmartBear shows for Team Foundation Version Control Plugin so what's the difference in those.
Champion Level 3I made the assumption that you were using TFS, as you did not mention Git in your original post. Refer to the documentation on setting up Git.
If you have link then let me know for git setting, also the problem is that it is still working when I downgrade TC version then why it is not working in latest version without any changes?
