MSAA not working when connected to VM using remote desktop connection

When connected to VM using citrix able to execute create test cases and MSAA working as expected, but using remote desktop when trying to record new test cases MSAA not working and existing test case...

TestComplete won't be able to recognise objects through Citrix.

When we are connecting to VM using Citrix ,it is recognizing the objects and MSAA working only issue with remote desktop.
