Support for Oracle Forms Standalone Launcher (FSAL)

Question

My team is considering TestComplete for testing Oracle Forms. It looks like the capabilities are there, but we want to be sure about one thing: will it work to test Oracle Forms running in JRE on the desktop via Oracle Forms Standalone Launcher (as opposed to running in an applet window in a web browser)?
