Anybody knows how to connect LG G5 to TestComplete on Laptop?

Question

I want to mirror my LG G5 to TestComplete but the solution told me it is not connected, even the system told me it is connected.

I check both MTP and PTP but both didn't work. Of course I didn't forget to install the USB driver.

What am I supposed to do?
