RunDLL error on starting Testcomplete

I think this is involving the license manager.



When I start TestComplete( 9 or 10, happens on both, on 2 different computers), I get a "RuDLL" dialog. It says "



"There was a problem starting C:\Program"

"The specified module cannot be found."



How can I fix this? TC runs just fine, but it happens each time I start it up. 



I saw the thread for someone having this with 9.3, but was a solution found?

      Hi,

       

      I have tried the solutions suggested, but can't seem to be able to get rid of the problem. It throws the error TC is started up or shutdown. Is there another solution?

        Hi Vikas,

        This is quite an old thread. What TestComplete version are you using? Please check if the issue persists in TestComplete 10.6, which is the latest product version.
