Working with Windows Screen Touch

I am Testing as applications that could be use in an screen normal or an screen touch but in this one it is not possible to simulate the event touch such as in mobile applications. I thought that I can use the event touch in all the devices that have this technology but I am wrong.

Does someone tell me why in screen touch the even touch is not available?
