wItemBounds Taking Too Long For A SysListView32 Grid

Hi,



On trying to generate the wItemBounds property for SysListView32 Grid with Test Complete 8.20, it is taking too long time (around 2-4 minutes) to generate the wItemBounds Property for a row, which is invisible (needs to be scrolled down to be made visible) and columnIndex is specified as 0.

Works very quick for the scenarios where we have columnIndex not equal to 0.



Could you please suggest something on this issue ?

    Hello Harshdip,


    I suggest that you install the latest version of TestComplete 8 or TestComplete 9 and check how it works.

    Hi Jay,



    When I had posted the problem, I was using Test Complete v8.20.



    On your suggestion, I tried using Test Complete 9 too. Does not Help ! :(



    Could you something else to try on it too.

    Can you record a video demonstrating the problematic situation in TestComplete 9 and send us the video via our Contact Support form?
