Unable to lunch chrome browser

Even I downgrade the chrome browser sometimes the test script will and sometimes the test script will not work

    Hi SunilKumarR 

     

    I hope you are keeping well.

     

    I have ran the following test; 

    Which successfully opens Chrome (Version 101.0.4951.54) and navigates to the URL http://the-internet.herokuapp.com/

     

    I'm not receiving any error messages and here is a snapshot of the test log

     

    Can you share the test steps with us, are they similar to what I've shared?
