You are right, im sorry. This is not the place to put this complains. Im very hungry because I start checking the product and see the price if is affordable. See the license at $ 2579 and thinks... is ok. expensive but can do it. Now I discover that license don't work on VM... Who works in this days on normal machines for develop? Is crazy to spend $ 5803 on this for a single developer... Will start looking for another option.

It does work on VM. Many of us use it that way. Post another question about that and we can help you as well.
