What TestComplete version are you using? Could you please check how TestComplete 11.11 (the latest product version) works in this situation?
If you don’t see the time difference, I recommend that you contact our TestComplete Support Team ( http://support.smartbear.com/product-list/ ) to investigate this behavior. If it’s possible please provide them with your application and test so that they could reproduce the issue in our test lab.
