The OCR service failed to process the document.

Hi, I'm facing problems with OCR Service processing the document.   From this night the OCR Service fails with error 502 Bad Gateway.   Here's the error retrieved from Test Complete execution: ...

Does anyone have an idea for the above issue? I'm the colleague of giacomoNegro and this issue appears frequently from some weeks (before, there was not this frequent issue), by making our nightly tests result not reliable, since we need to retry more times.

Is there any know issue with the SmartBear OCR Server?

        We are using OCR with Intelligent Quality Add-On, within the automatic tests implementation.

      Hi Simona,

       

      I believe that you are talking about OCR functionality provided by the Intelligent Quality extension in TestComplete, right?

      If the above is correct, then ocr.api.dev.smartbear.com is just a proxy that forwards data to Google OCR and I think that this is something that should be reported directly to Support via the https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/message/ form.
