TestItem identifier and TestItems parameters?

Hi All! Good morning! I'm new in this forum and I not know if this question is solved previously: It's possible to get, from the script testitems objects, the current (in execution) testItem...

Nobody knows if it's possible to get the TestItems identifiers? Or if it's possible to get them as unique objects (comparing two TestItems, know if are or not the same object)?
