TestComplete(TestExecute) 15 asks for license activation almost every day
We have TestExecute 15(64-bit) installed on a physical machine and on Windows VM that is accessed by 1 tester through Remote Desktop (RDP).
We have TestExecute licenses with approximately 3 years remaining (2 licenses for 1 tester).
The problem is: Starting from around 1 month ago, TestExecute started to ask for credentials almost every day.
Environment:
OS: Windows 11
Access: Local on a physical machine and Remote Desktop (RDP) to the Virtual machine
Any help is appreciated.
