Testcomplete shortcuts are not working (Shift+F10 - for pause, F10 - for tracing)

hello,

any body can give me a suggestion for working short cut keyboard keys for pausing the script and tracing the script in line by line. I am unable to trace by using F10(step over) button and shift + F10 is also not working.

    Hi Jagadeesh,



    Check that you have correct key mapping scheme/key assignments under Tools|Customize Keyboard... menu item (Test Engine category).

    hello, Alexei Karas,

    still my problem is repeated.even though am changing the shortcut key in Tools->customize keyboard->test engine. i am unable to use F10 button to run line by line code. is there any other idea to solve this problem. and one more problem is occurred, while running the script, menu bar is not appearing in the window... can you give suggestion on this one also?

    Hi,



    Does the script debugger work at all on your machine? Is debugging in TC enabled? Have you tried applying the suggestion from the FAQ (see the post above yours)? What were the results?
