Testcomplete shortcuts are not working (Shift+F10 - for pause, F10 - for tracing)

hello, any body can give me a suggestion for working short cut keyboard keys for pausing the script and tracing the script in line by line. I am unable to trace by using F10(step over) button and ...

Does the script debugger work at all on your machine? Is debugging in TC enabled? Have you tried applying the suggestion from the FAQ (see the post above yours)? What were the results?
