TestComplete not running correctly on new VM

I have been running TestComplete and TestExecute on a virtual machine for a while now without any problems, I moved to a different virtual machine on a different host and not TestComplete and TestExec...

If you are willing to help us, could you please contact our Support team and provide them with the problematic project where the Performance Counters are set?
